I'm glad I gave these guys a shot. They came right out and had our grinder pump repaired in about an hour. Very professional and nice people - both in the office and the field techs. The cost was reasonable too. Thank you!!!
Noticed I had an issue with my grinder pump on Wednesday night. I called GLLP first thing on Thursday morning. They were here within an hour of my call and quickly diagnosed that the motor was bad. They had to go back to the shop to get the correct replacement pump and the septic truck so they could drain the tank. They returned a little while later to drain the tank and replace the pump. They came right out after another company came and could not do the job.
We had an issue with a 20 year old grinder pump, they came out the same day we called, reviewed the unit and determined it needed to be replaced. They had a new unit available, cleaned out the old one and tank, and had us up an running in 3 hours from our first call. Great Service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend
