I was seen by Dr. Hertner in the E.R. at memorial hospital. While there I suffered a stroke which left me unable to walk. Well this quack of a medical professional writes on my chart patient being manipulative, refuses to walk. Ordered no cat scan or M.R.I. just said PMRTW. Well I couldn't get in to see a Dr. Until 7 years passed and the statute for malpractice wore out. I had to teach myself how to walk and talk without drooling all my self.
