I must dispute Adams83's review. I remember his application well. He was rejected for bad credit. He presented a guarantor, who also had bad credit. He bypassed his broker, and unprofesionally harrassed the office not accepting his rejection. His comments are slanderous, immature, and untrue.
unprofessional and disrespectful – I have never experienced such disrespect when dealing with a management company. I jumped through hoops for them to get a guarantor (per their request) for an apartment application, only to rejected by them for having a guarantor. When I called them to question the rejection, the landlord told me to "shut up" then hung up the phone on me. I would never want to live in a building run by someone who treats potential tenants with such disrespect. Beware.
