I’m back to write a second review after having my second surgery with Dr. Kokosis, and once again, I can’t say enough good things. Dr. Kokosis is simply awesome. His skill as a surgeon is truly a gift, and his wonderful bedside manner makes all the difference. He genuinely cares and always does what’s best for his patients. I had a great experience with Dr. Kokosis, he performed the reconstruction for my double mastectomy in April. I was able to go straight to implant although that wasn't know the day of surgery, due to the unknown factors of how my body would react to the mastectomies. This was hard to handle but Dr. Kokosis was very transparent and set realistic expectations. He walked me through the options and took the time to understand my priorities. I had a great experience with Dr. Kokosis as my surgeon for my January, 2024 reconstruction surgery. I do not like surgery and wanted the least invasive procedure possible - and Dr. Kokosis listened to me. He offered many options, but understood that for me, less was more. On the day of surgery, I was very nervous and he knew exactly what say to calm my nerves. My outcome was great. He is a very caring, very skilled doctor. I am very happy I found him and highly recommend him.
