George Kent will remove your old windows before checking the new windows are the right size. After realizing they order the wrong size they will board up your window with plywood as you wait for the proper size to be manufactured. You will live with zero light in your family room and a nice cold draft for 6 weeks. Compensation … none. This was a multiple window job and two front doors. We had a new roof (complete with soffits, fascias and downspouts) as well as new windows and doors supplied and installed by George Kent home Improvements. The process leading up to the installation was smooth dealing with Evan their estimator and the scheduling aspect of the work with Maria was effortless as well. The installation crews were thorough and tidy and did a great job. I would recommend using George Kent, they have a great team. Keep up the good work.
