I have never had to use a dentist much, having had good teeth all my life. I had an accident that forced me in to see Dr. Keanna, and he did such a good job, taking care of my damaged tooth and referring me to a specialist for other issues that I didn’t know I had. He was especially pleasant during the procedure, helping me to relax. I am grateful that he didn’t try unnecessary or unhelpful things for my other issues and tried to really explain what was going on.
This is a difficult review to write, yet it feels important to share this information. While Dr. Keanna may be a good option for basic care and cleanings, I cannot recommend him for diagnoses or procedures. In short, he incorrectly diagnosed/treated me, did not show attention to detail in his work, and was not willing or able to make alternative suggestions or referrals when it was clear there were deeper issues that needed to be addressed. Delighted! I can't say enough good things about this office. Cordial, clean, competent, clear explanations, quick, efficient services. Kris, Erica and Dr. Keanna offer a superior experience
Due to a genetic condition I need a holistic biological dentist. I am allergic to folic acid and he sells it in his lobby and he is expensive though it looks like he takes my insurance. I just modestly recommend him.
