I've done both well and poorly here. My therapist has been great and really works as an advocate for me. If my experience was just her this would be a five star review! But my doctor is not great. As soon as I mentioned that I use cannabis once in a while to help with my symptoms suddenly that was the problem. Please explain to me the logic of how something I do to help *CAUSED IT*. I love it when the receptionist tells me that she’ll be “right with me” and then proceeds to have me stand around for 5 minutes repeating the same thing and never actually attending to me.
If you care about getting better this is not the place. They have made me feel like I'm on a rollercoaster basically ruin my chances of healing. I've been going their on and off since the 90's and it's 2024 and now they took my therapist that actually cared about his patients and continued to make you choose another therapist or even psychiatrist with no reason.
