I had a leak in an old metal pipe behind a wall. We called Jamie and he came the next morning. We had arranged for a carpenter to be there at the same time and the two worked together to cut out the old pipe and replace it with ABS pipe. When I first saw where the leak was, I thought that it would take a long time to fix it. However, with Jamie's knowledge it was done very quickly. We have used Jamie for several years now and have always been completely satisfied with his work.
Been doing business with Mack plumbing for over 45yrs. Prompt, efficient and personable. Love doing business with local companies. Jaime and Lacey have always gone above and beyond. Wouldn’t think of doing business with any other plumbing company.
Arrived on time.husband asked the guy to wear a mask to enter house as I have an autoimmune disease that makes me extremely immunocompromised..guy said "have a nice day" and stormed off. We called the office.woman told us he was not rude cuz he said have a nice day!!
