SCHEDULING WAS EASY, DR FLORAKIS WAS QUITE EASY GOING ; VERY OPTIMISTIC WITH PLAN OF CARE
This was a good doctor for a niche operation who may be high on his own fumes. He performed surgery on a family member. With a revision and a stitch that needed to be removed, getting post-operative follow-ups was like begging for an appointment. This should NEVER happen with such a specialty surgery. We waited and waited to get the follow-up appointment which didn't happen. Ultimately we returned to the referring ophthalmologist to get the stitch removed before that became another problem.

I was very anxious about seeing another doctor for my eye issues. Dr. Florakis and his staff made me feel at ease and comfortable. He explained everything to me and my son and also called my regular eye doctor to go over some details while we were with him. If I have the surgery, I would be pleased knowing Dr. Florakis is performing it.
