Had very bad experience, staff is extremely rude, they lied about accepting my insurance, gave me the wrong prescription for contacts and glasses. Tried to charge me an extra $300 for glasses. I paid them for the exam and they won't rectify giving me the wrong prescription because I couldn't purchase the glasses from them. I'm low income and they know that. The office all about money and not the care and consideration of patience. I believe my vision is important and they don't care at all. I will not see Dr Brown ever again... read more
Dr. Brown has helped me with eye emergencies, contact lenses and prescriptions. I was able to get in right away with a contact lenses emergency, and I didn't have to wait. The other doctors in the practice are good too.
George is a great guy, Deb is a wonderful lady. Then it goes down hill. George goes so fast during and eye exam that I do not believe anyone would write down the correct information on prescription glass or meds. His 'team" of glass prepares made my glass incorrectly 3 times, at the tone of $400. In George's defense he wanted me to come back the 4th time!! If his 'team" could not make my glasses correctly 3 times and I asked for my money back then. Why would I think the"team" could it me right on the 4th time. George did cal... read more
Dr Brown is amazing! No more dry eyes! No more eye drops! His treatment plan works.
I had a bad experience with the staff in East Providence. To their credit, the first person I had spoken with in Lincoln called to follow-up. She was appalled at how I had been treated. Then Dr. Brown called and apologized. He gave me his cellphone number and has continued to check in on me. He turned a bad experience into a good one.
