George is a great guy, Deb is a wonderful lady. Then it goes down hill. George goes so fast during and eye exam that I do not believe anyone would write down the correct information on prescription glass or meds. Dr Brown is amazing! No more dry eyes! No more eye drops! His treatment plan works.
I had a bad experience with the staff in East Providence. To their credit, the first person I had spoken with in Lincoln called to follow-up. She was appalled at how I had been treated. Then Dr. Brown called and apologized. He gave me his cellphone number and has continued to check in on me. He turned a bad experience into a good one.

It is also worth mentioning that they are doing an excellent job being mindful of Covid, which I appreciate because I'm high risk. I really want to give them five stars, but I just can't. If my boss spoke... read more
