I’m only giving 3 stars for now. Right. Ow my review is based on received customer service. Brooke has been amazing so far! She’s knowledgeable at what she’s doing and honest as well. She seems pretty upbeat. I’ve also worked with Reyanna who’s also amazing. I look forward to moving in next year. Will update my review later next year. To be continued……
My experience at STMH was nothing short of amazing! The housing staff are very professional and answered all my questions. If I had any (very few) issues with my home the maintenance team was on top of it.
I’m hoping management sees this and reaches out to me. Still trying to get reimbursed for last month of rent. No one has replied to emails or messages in over a month. One answered call, out of 18, told us that the person that handled those matters would be in soon that day and call us back. Never received the call back. If this review is still up, it means we still have not been contacted.
I was stationed in corpus from Feb 2021 - August 2022. I never had any issues with the staff, they were all nice people. The home I was in was pretty run down. Grass is only cut a few times a month. There was only one playground left in the community, and that was torn down towards the end of our time there. Our home was constantly invaded by those Rollie pollie bugs, small spiders, ants and silver fish. Update: don't be fooled by their comments on taking anything seriously because nobody has still given me an honest answer. Scum. Fire them all Update: it's 2024 and I moved away in 2022. Not only do they still owe me $300 but the answers are inconsistent. Very incompetent staff. I moved away from this place and they still have not given me anything back from my move over a year ago. This place is crooked, they'll tell you they'll send it to you every time you contact them but they never actually send you anything. You still ... read more
