Reyanna Martinez was very helpful and courteous when I was planning my move here. She gave a viewing of the property and told me everything I needed for moving in STMH. She was polite and once again very helpful in the process. It took a lot of the stress off of my shoulders.
Update 2025 December. They emailed me back and said it was sent and paid but it was never sent to the address. Watch out because they'll take your money and click a button saying they don't owe you if you overpaid. Maybe they pocketed it because I actually receive tracking through USPS when I get mail and this was never sent. Almost 4 years later and I never got my check. Back and forth dishonest emails and zero effort to actually make it right and verify anything at all. They also let civilian contractors live on base who h... read more

Update 2025 November I moved away in 2022 and still never got my deposit because they are "still processing it" pathetic. Never pay them more than you owe even if they request it because you will never get your money back by this corrupt company. They let contractors live on base too and that's actually not supposed to be a thing especially since this is inconus. Corrupt team. I’m only giving 3 stars for now. Right. Ow my review is based on received customer service. Brooke has been amazing so far! She’s knowledgeable at what she’s doing and honest as well. She seems pretty upbeat. I’ve also worked with Reyanna who’s also amazing. I look forward to moving in next year. Will update my review later next year. To be continued……
