Amazing service. Contacted these guys because my HVAC wasnt blowing hot air after my basic troubleshooting. House was 61 degrees and getting colder. "Jim" dispatched a guy and in a short period "Carey" showed up. He was nice, polite and fixed my issue ASAP and explained everything. My 3 kids and Wife won't be sleeping in the cold tonight! Def. recommend.
Headed southbound on 141, attempting to make a right and merge into traffic. I got up to speed and a vehicle bearing this company logo refused to let me merge in, despite having a whole lane open to his left. I was forced into the breakdown lane and they still refused to let me in. Hoping that they’re more polite when servicing customers than they are when driving.
From the moment I contacted them when I noticed my air conditioner was not working the customer experience with them was phenomenal. They are family owned company who ensures their communication with the customer is seamless and runs smoothly. My A/C was not cooling and leaking from the inside unit. George H Burns sent someone within 24 hours and fixed my A/C. The service man was very professional and great service.
Driving on Lancaster Ave in rush hour traffic (1/12 7:30ish) light rain the driver of this van Accelerated and cut me off from the right lane. I had to slow down and stop from being hit. I could see him make two more aggressive Lane changes
