Have been getting my taxes done here since past two years. He only does very basic deductions on your W2 income. Doesn't ask you or walk through other possible deductions you can receive. I missed to claim a deduction on my last year's tax return and have been calling them/leaving vm's since 2 months. Never received a call back. Finally I tried to email them to schedule an appointment as I wanted to setup an LLC and they confirmed the appointment. I have never seen any CPA who will ignore you to this extent after he got your money. Screwed up my taxes 2 years ago and never returned my calls and tens of e-mails. May as well do your taxes on your own than going to this CPA.

Very greedy accountant. Charged me $300 for three straight forward personal tax forms. It's better to ask him how much he is gonna charge before giving him documents.

When it comes to money matters, personalized service means a lot and I would much rather entrust my finances to someone I have met and can talk to on a regular basis than a big box store like H&R Block where you'll get the next available associate.

Very poor service. The people who work there are not helpful never explain after preparing the returns. Charge more and very rude behavior.
