As I was doing my research on TMD specialists in San diego, I stumbled upon a video clip of Dr. George talking about TMJ on youtube.I came in to see him January of 2025. I had sharp pain in my jaw, tension headaches, ringing in my ears, I was miserable. Dr. George put me on a treatment plan that included ultrasound, steriod/botox injections, and a custom mouthguard. Long-time patient of Dr. Georgaklis. Cleanings are thorough and the hygienists do detailed work. Fillings have held up well over the years and recent ones settled in without needing any follow-up. He's straightforward and takes the time to explain what he's doing. Solid dentistry from a steady practice.
Dr. George has transformed my smile with his great skills. He does the best veneers I’ve ever seen. He is an orthodontic expert. Painless. And the staff was great. I’ve sent my sister and colleague to him and will recommend him to whomever i come across.
Dr. George and his very skilled and kind assistant, Amelda, worked over 3 hours to save my tooth. It had extensive interior decay from previous bad/negligent dentistry. The entire staff is very knowledgable, helpful and positive! Great group of people. I am a "shell shocked fearful of dentists" case as I have had at least 3 dental disasters in a short span of time. I am so grateful for the help I received here.
