I had the worst experience every today at this place. My appointment was at 12:30 pm I was having a tooth pulled. I was still waiting a 4 pm to see the dentist to get my tooth pulled. I asked the receptionist what's going she said your next. I was so annoyed at this point i left. If your looking for a dentist I would not recommend you to come here they are the worst. They will have you waiting for ever.
The dentists were nice and understanding, the oral surgeons were cool and the extraction was quick, they even offered to help talk with my insurance to help cover the anesthesia I needed due to my clinical anxiety, definitely plan on returning since there aren’t many great dentists in ny especially under my insurance
Worst Dentist office you can ever go to. You will easily wait 2 hours for a scheduled appointment. They are not professional, and the dentist offices are dirty and outdated. They will keep you waiting in the waiting area for a lengthy amount of time and then keep you in the dentist chair over an hour. Customer service does not exist here. Please save yourself the time! There is so many better and cleaner dental offices in the Newburgh area. If you don't believe me please go and find out yourself.
My appointment to have 4 teeth pulled was at 10am I was called to the back at 1:30. I waited so long I took a nap when I woke up it was abt 2:30. Finally when I was finished it was 4pm. To top it off after having 4 teeth pulled they gave me motrin 600 for the pain. NEVER AGAIN!! The only plus to this experience was I was put to sleep
