I’m a current customer of State Farm. George Franklins office isn’t my agent. I sure wish it was! I’ve needed assistance for 4 weeks with a claim. My agent is out of town at another location. I walked in very frustrated with my situation. When I say the staff at the George Franklin’s Office was so very nice and helpful!!! That’s just what they were!
