The worst visit I have ever had with anyone.
I only have positive things to say about my appointment with Dr Franklin. I wasn’t able to see my regular NP on short notice but I had an emergent health issue and so I was seen by the first available Dr in the clinic. He responded to all my questions and concerns with patience and kindness and was able to diagnose me and explain the cause of the symptoms in a way easy for me to understand. I saw Dr Flanklin because my Dr didn't have an opening. Dr Franklin took his time and explained things to me. Down to earth and friendly. Very good bed side manners. Hopefully he's available if I need him again.
I wouldn’t recommend this do it at all. He didn’t even touch me while I was there. He chewed on a hard candy told a story. Then sent me to do bloodwork. Not a care in the world.
