When I was referred to this urologist by Wesley ER to remove the catheter that needed to be removed, I felt like his attitude about the situation was unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. Especially when he was feeling around my abdomen to try to find the cause of why I needed the catheter in the first place. He wanted to order an MRI and have me schedule an appointment, but I decided not to at that time due to his attitude. I do not recommend.

The exact same happened to me. I've had 57 CT scans.2 contrast. No ER wi perform one due to how many I've had. My results are multiple stones, more in left than in right. Uniform 3mm passable.He pops off with 'I've got more stones than you, you just want drugs'Yes. As a matter of fact I do. I want a dilator, muscle relaxer and pain meds. Probably anti nausea as wellI pass 4 to 5 stones a week. Despite diet change. And when I called the 800 # I got told unless I had a CT in the last few days they'd refuse to see me. When visiting this Dr for kidney stones, he simply said 'i have more kidney stones than you, youll be fine' and sent me on my way. What in the world?! Doctors priorities are SO wrong!

I went to Dr Zakharia as a second opinion for a problem that had been ongoing for three months. Other doctors were unable to help, but within ten days of my initial office visit, he made a detailed assessment of the problem, performed a surgical procedure, and had corrected the problem. He was the first specialist to listen and under stand what was wrong. Prior to Dr Zakharia, I had experienced six ER visits, two hospital stays, and a prior surgery, without addressing the underlying problem.

Dr. Zak has been there every step of the way for me. He was there in clinic, there for surgery and before and after care. When I had my check up procedure after surgery his staff is so helpful. Kristine explained everything in detail and answered so many questions she is very kind and able to put me and wife at ease. Dr. Zakharia answered all of my questions and explained every thing to me. The office staff is great and so efficient.

Extremely professional and explained everything he was going to do. My husband had several problems and Dr. took care of each one of them. Very grateful to him.

Dr. Zakharia was exceptional doctor! He took amazing care of my dad. My dad went in to have a pocket removed off his bladder and while in surgery his heart stopped. He got my dad through surgery and has made sure we have had great follow up care with a cardiologist as well. He is a very kind and knowledgeable doctor! Thank you so much for all you have done for us!!

I would recommend Dr. Zakharia to anyone who needs to select a great Urologist. Dr. Zak explained the issue and the treatment options well and was never in a hurry. I had the outpatient surgery at Andover Med. and it has really helped me. I appreciate Dr. Zak and his staff . THANK YOU very much.

Dr Zakharia in formed me after a test that I needed a TURP procedure as soon as possible because of my difficult urinating, I had the TURP in June 2020,It was the best advice and I am so glad I had the surgery,It wasn't that bad and I went home the same day.The worst part was a catheter that I had to use for one week, but well with it.Hi staff was very helpful and answered all my questions.If you are thinking about the TURP just do it I was very pleased.Thank you Dr Zakharia.
