So many false employee reviews. This place like all the VA locations are horrible.
Had two separate sinus infections within a month span. Requested antibiotics both times. Both times my provider and the NP consulting through tele-health refused to prescribe until I became more ill. Still waiting on the second round because “I haven’t been presenting symptoms long enough”. Insanity. At 77 years old I have just left private sector medical for the VA. I cannot imagine why I had not done this 10 or more years ago. I cannot say enough about the civility and competence of the VA staff. Dan Hare 3/68 "drafte"
This VA does not help with wheelchairs. I have two chairs that both need repairs but I need to find a way to fix them on my own. They don't have a spinal cord injury clinic and they don't do anything for paralyzed veterans here. Utah is a terrible place to live if you are a paraplegic and this state has no love at all for veterans here. The Ortho clinic refused to help me with a chronic recurring dislocation of the scapula-clivical joint unless I agreed to a different surgery that I didn't want and didn't need.
