This office flows smoothly, no long wait times. Dr Mansour is easy to talk with. He explains things in ways I can easily grasp. He makes healthcare more accessible & less fearful. He listens & he cares about his patients. I trust him & I refer others to him. 3 years ago I had a pain behind my knee. My chiropractor sent me for imaging. My husband and I have been treated by Dr. Mansour for decades. He is highly skilled, kind, patient, thorough, and is deeply conscientious about the quality of his patient care. He listens respectfully, takes his time, and has the rare humility to collaborate with his patients on the best treatment plan. I hope he never retires!
Dr. Mansour is caring and knowledgeable. I have been seeing Dr. Mansour as my primary for several years. He has a good sense of humor and takes whatever time is needed to attend to me.

I’ve been going to Dr Mansour for about 24 years. Always takes his time and really does listen. He is honest and if he doesn’t know what is going on . He keeps going until I have an answer. Office staff has always been pleasant. I still miss Tracy very much. I loved his first nurse Joy and still miss her. Janet is very nice and always friendly. I absolutely love Cathy the NP . Will continue to go there until Dr retires.
Dr. Mansour is a excellent doctor but he is surrounded by horrible Staff especially Liz at the desk. He needs to wake up and fire all of them. I am no longer his patient because of the nasty way I am always treated.
Liz is by far one of the most nastiest rude condescending people I have ever met. The reviews on here don’t lie. Trying to get my husband a doctor. She was so nasty on the phone and talked down to me. We filled out the paperwork and I walk in and she talked to me like I was a toddler “don’t you remember I told you my computers shut down 10 mins before closing” I let it go and didn’t respond to that. Dr. Mansour is a great physician. I have a great deal of respect for the way he gets right to the point and doesn't mince words. He is incredibly knowledgeable and very good at what he does. He is kind, but blunt. He will listen to everything you have to say and is very respectful; he doesn't try to rush through your exam and rush you out of the room. Very unprofessional Front Desk (Liz). I received multiple calls regarding re-scheduling my appointment and I happily obliged each time. My appointment was cancelled last minute which is fine but I do not appreciate being told rudely that it was my fault that I never received the last message when there wasn't one left on my phone.
