The Gastroentrologist I use to see retired from his practice and he referred me to Dr Duvall. I met Dr Duvall for the first time today when he performed a needed procedure. I found Dr Duvall to be very nice and capable physcian who has a nice bedside manner. I was impressed with the medical care I received and his capabilities to help with another condition that I have. I look forward to him being able help me with that condition next month. His staff always responded to my emails and got my questions answered.

I was referred to this Dr. by my PCP and according to the office staff, once the referral is received it takes WEEKS to process. I called a couple of times to check the status and hopefully make an appointment, the last time I called I was given attitude that they would call me and they didn't want me calling them. I was also told that I was required to have the referral in order to make an appointment. If you are ever referred to this Dr./ office, good luck- you will damn sure need it. I don't even want to give him one star. He treated me like a piece of meat. His office billed me for a new patient visit when a colonoscopy was 100% covered by my insurance and they wouldn't fix the coding for insurance to properly pay but instead sent my account to collections three years after the fact. Took 5 seconds to tell me I had polyps and then moved on to his next piece of meat.
