I was referred to this Dr. by my PCP and according to the office staff, once the referral is received it takes WEEKS to process. I called a couple of times to check the status and hopefully make an appointment, the last time I called I was given attitude that they would call me and they didn't want me calling them. I was also told that I was required to have the referral in order to make an appointment. If you are ever referred to this Dr./ office, good luck- you will damn sure need it. I don't even want to give him one star. He treated me like a piece of meat. His office billed me for a new patient visit when a colonoscopy was 100% covered by my insurance and they wouldn't fix the coding for insurance to properly pay but instead sent my account to collections three years after the fact. Took 5 seconds to tell me I had polyps and then moved on to his next piece of meat.

Dr. Duval has been a God send to me. I had to have my second colonoscopy and Dr. Duvall done. The colonoscopy showed me the pictures and told me that the prior doctor that done my colonoscopy had lied to me by telling me he removed two polyps. The other doctor offered me nothing no pictures no nothing just said that he had removed two polyps. Dr. Duvall has a wonderful bedside manner and shoots straight with you about Continue continue your conditions. Good bedside manner all in all fantastic experience for me.
Very caring in the care that you receive. He explains everything so that you can understand what is going on and what is needed in the care that he can give at the time. I really appreciate his care and understanding in the Crohn’s Disease area.
