I don't like how I called for an appointment, someone picked up took my information put me on hold for 15min might I add and then hangs up. I dont appreciate it

During my first visit on Aug 16, 2024. I came not only to seek a new general doctor. But to also interview him as well. I was first impressed by one of the staff that assisted with my vital signs. She was so inviting made me so relaxed to be able to receive my first visit with Dr. George once he came in. He began to explain everything that he was going to do play-by-play with a smile and with welcome hospitality.
