I was a patient of this provider for several years. Over time, my medication dosage was repeatedly increased from 100 mg to 300 mg and eventually to 600 mg. Even after reaching 600 mg, I was encouraged to increase it further, which made me uncomfortable. At my final appointment, I raised concerns about the continued push to increase the dosage. Dr. Robinette is the most compassionate psychiatrist I’ve ever had. Easy to talk with, meets you where you’re at with no judgements and willing to listen to your concerns to better help you.
Dr. Robinette has been one of the best psychiatrist I’ve had. He listens and addresses my mental health in such a compassionate way. He always responds to my messages prompt and he goes over and beyond to ensure the best treatment plan is composed. I highly recommend him. His staff is just as compassionate and understanding as he is.
To collaborate what the previous person posted, I concur, Dr. Robinette is the worst physiatrist I have ever met and I’ve been under the care of a physiatrist for 14 years. Having had my virtual appointment on March 3, 2023 i trip in vein to explain to him I was in crisis, and the medication he prescribed was making it worst. I noticed that all of the Google reviews (except mine) are positive, but other places are bad. After meeting Dr. Robinette today, I'm really surprised any were good. He is the most conceited and arrogant doctor that I've ever met. He doesn't allow anyone to go back with the patient at first - because it works "better for him". It doesn't matter that it causes the patient additional anxiety. He truly doesn't listen to concerns that may impact the patient's care.
