Dr. Wallace is amazing. He really knows his field and does not push for visits beyond what is necessary.
My last visit was when the COVID had started and masks were required. I went for 8 treatments which helped considerably. He has been my regular chiropractor for the past 20 years - before and after knees and hips replaced. He also diagnosed my torn rotator cuff which my regular medical doctor missed and recommended that I see a surgeon. He adjusted his techniques to be much gentler post knees/hips replacement versus my treatments prior to those replacements. Dr. Ferez has been my chiropractor for years. I travel back and forth from up North to N.C. and when my old hip injury acts up I always return to Dr. Ferez to get me back on track relieving my pain; allowing me to resume my physical activities.
Been using Dr. Ferez for several years for monthly adjustments. He is always professional, courteous, and inquires about my life. His staff is friendly and always helpful in working with my changing schedule.
Had to search for a new acupuncturist / chiropractor that was covered under my insurance plan. Saw the good rating on Google and decided to give him a try. Well run office. Staff is professional and friendly. I feel better now than I have in years. The treatment plan Dr Ferez has me on has worked from the very first visit. This plan is different than others I have tried in the past. So far I am very happy with the results.
Ira has treated my spine for over 20 years and has kept me a weekend warrior and out of pain the entire time. I highly recommend Ira for chiropractic care and his staff is first class.
Dr. Ferez and his staff are awesome! My husband was first to go see them for his back. He has dealt with lower back issues for almost a decade. The usual treatment from the medical doctor wasn't helping and the only solution was surgery. That's when I called Dr. Ferez's office. My husband started getting relief and suggested I go see them too. I went in for my consultation and started treatments that day. My daughter is seeing him too. We all are feeling better. They really care and are genuine
Dr Wallace is always available to patients. I've been his patient for over 8 years. I have always found Dr. Wallace to be professional while listening and answering any question. He has gained my trust over the years as his patient. Never have I had to wait more than 10 minutes. His staff is always friendly and courteous

Being new to central NC I was not confident I would find a good chiropractor on my first try, but Dr. Wallace put this concern to rest. He and his staff are 100% professional and attentive to your needs. After my first visit I was not immediately certain he solved my neck -shoulder pain issue as the treatment was not at all painful, but within a few hours I realized I was 95% better. He and his staff are friendly, pleasant, and efficient. I do not hesitate to give him the highest rating.
