Dr. Chidi was very compassionate and a good listener when I saw him several years ago. I live in LA now so it's too far to drive, but I'm considering telemedicine with him since I haven't found a doctor here that meets the same standard.
Dr. Chidi is great but the staff are horrible. The front desk girl doesn’t care if patient is in pain or suffering and keeps saying she doesn’t know how to do this or that. My mom is having severe rash and Dr chidi referred her to dermatologist but the front desk girl says she doesn’t know how to do an urgent referral and did not even submit the regular referral correctly, causing delay and I had to call multiple times to IEHP to help. Very disappointing.

Best dr ever. Was there for me when my dog passed away. I appreciate dr chidi for ever!!!! MB
