Our company needed a GMC van. We were unable to locate one in our marketplace. We searched the internet using all of the car sites. Every time we found a vehicle that had a great price the companies added miscelaneous fees (dealer fees, manditory paint protection fees, security system monitoring fees, or inventory taxes). I took my Cadillac SRX in because I had water leaking on the inside and was told it would be a "couple" of days. Rented a car for my use while repairs were to be made. Days & days & days went by, calling every few to check on my repair until no one would answer any calls to service dept.... TWO WEEKS later after threats to management, they shoved my car off on a steward and flushed the A/C hose.
