Horrible company with horrible staff! We are still dealing with heating issues from the pre-sale unit we purchased from them and they refuse to fix the issue or even call us back!!! Even though we are still under warranty! Buyer beware! Their Customer Care Manager-Tricia Ward is extremely rude and dismissive, someone please re-train her on the meaning of “customer care” or fire her! I just wish this company was held accountable for their mistakes and would quit making excuses and just fix our deficiencies!
BEWARE: do not buy anything built by Marcon. Their buildings look good but afterwards once you move in the problems arise. No point I’m having a warranty when they purposely do not honour it. They hire a bunch of kids for customer service who do not return calls / emails. They give you vague answers to simple questions.

The location is excellent, but the sound proofing between units seems to be completely non-existent.
We occasionally felt shaking on the bedroom level of our townhouse during random hours (Was told that the vibration is from the Trains but honestly, the complex is far away from the station and Trains don't operate after midnight). Also, sounds from our next door neighbours often travels into our unit. It seems like the walls are not sound absorbing.
