Don't eat at Bullritos in Terminal B. Worst food and service I've ever had at any airport restaurant I've been in.
Haven't met anything in Texas I didn't like especially the airports.

Make your way to Cat Cora's. Really the only restaurant worth sitting down at in the airport.
Don't show up late, you won't make it through the TSA line. Get there early and grab something to eat at Papadeaux's Seafood.
Not as crazy as other big airports.
