We had lived in our house for 12 years with no apparent issues until one of our condensate lines began dripping onto our patio. We found George Best by word of mouth referral. Beginning with Gay on the phone at the office we got excellent advice about our issues. She scheduled our service within 3 days. Their technician, Wade, was an excellent representative for the company; he spent extra time going through all the drains, ducts and the condenser. We are very pleased with the service and his fine work and professionalism.
I'm long overdue reviewing this company, but definitely the most fair and hardest working HVAC service I've used while living in San Antonio. There can sometimes be a wait (1-3 days) for their services if you need a fast appointment. But more importantly, the repairs they've done for me have also been solid and they will try to work with your system, even if it's an older one. The company technicians, Wade & Tony came out and checked out our two a/c systems. They were both very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. I highly recommend this company and will recommend this company to my family & neighbors. As a matter of fact they were referred to me by a neighbor!
George Best is simply the best! I recommend them 100%. I've used them more than once. They came out the same day I called, and their prices are very fair. You don't have to worry about getting cheated or charged for unnecessary work.
