The doctor himself is good. The staff however does not return phones calls. I went in for my 90 day check up, after having issues with trying to reach someone. No return call and staff seems like well oh well we are short staffed and we call you once and if you don't answer that's all.
Was last seen in 2023 and because of billing issues on their end I was never billed for what was to be my copay. Here were are 2.5 years later and they are still trying to bill me when I haven't been back to the practice since the initial time. Every time I call to get this resolved no one answers the phone or calls me back. Very poor office management.
Dr Adam is knowledgeable, professional, sincere, kind and listens and answers questions. Some of my visits are short and some long but he always makes certain I’m taken care of. Dr. Adam engages in conversation about my health and always leaves me with information I can use to help myself. Dr Adam’s staff is friendly, kind, compassionate and care about his patients. I feel very confident about my healthcare here.
Been seeing Dr Adam for 3 years now and he has always been very professional and knowledgeable. I have a disease that is very rare and Dr Adam has made sure that all my needs are being met. I recommend him completely.
