Lisa (the nurse who has been with him for 30 years and kept reminding me of that instead of answering my questions) was rude in literally every interaction I had with her. Didn't hold the door for me, when I was on crutches? Not sure if it's race related as I am not white. Shanna was also very rude and fragile if I asked her any questions. For example, on my first visit (the day after my acl tear) she told me I needed to stop taking ibuprofen, and that I would need to come back in 2 weeks to see Paletta and get on the surger... read more
I was constantly given conflicting information. Cancelled my surgery the day before. I went still so I could hopefully speak to him. He came out very aggressive, I calmed him down, he agreed I had been given lots of misinformation- shook my hand and committed to do my surgery (possibly even the same day if mercy would let him). Said "wait right here- might take a while but don't leave" Then his NP Shanna came down with a manager and told me I would need to find a different hospital??
