DO NOT GO HERE!Had the worst and most negative, unprofessional, uncaring experience here. Went for a routine crown replacement on a tooth which already had a root canal years ago. Left the office 3 1/2 hrs later after about 9 novacaine injections and lots of drilling? Entire mouth and gums were bruised, infected, and needed to see another provider for antibiotics and extraction. Mouth took 1 month to heal. Cancelled my apt. without telling me. Terrible and I mean terrible customer service.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is an absolute circus. No one has any idea what’s going on—from billing to appointments, it’s complete chaos. When you call to pay your bill, good luck—nobody knows what you owe, where to find the information, or how to help you. It’s like they’ve never used a computer before, despite having one right in front of them. Dr. Oley has lied to me three separate times about what procedures he was going to do. I cannot say enough good about the Oley family and their offices! The Oley family (both dentists and their mom) were so kind, helpful, and did everything they could to put me at ease. There were multiple visits involved and ended with 2 root canals. On all visits, they were patient, answered all my questions, thoroughly explained what would happen next, and VERY gentle! Shout out to Jacob (Mechanicsville location), the dental assistant, as well. He was so kind and professional. I wish I could give 10 stars!
