Had my teeth cleaned this morning, and LeAnn did a fantastic job. No dentistry required at this time but always happy with the treatment and level of service that I get from Dr. Hoop and his staff.
I called to make an appointment and the lady who answered the phone was very professional and nice.
I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before proceeding with any treatment here. In my experience, the recommendations felt excessive and financially motivated rather than medically necessary. While the staff was professional, I left feeling taken advantage of. It’s important to trust your dentist; unfortunately, that trust was lost in my case.
One of the kindest dentists in SWFL - very honest and clear with the treatment options. Great staff all around!
Friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Smiles that took the edge off. From Staff to Dr. Hoop. Nothing hurried or rushed. Time used pleasantly to explain our dental health plan and commitment! Great!
