Everything about this home was subpar. I have lived in many homes, but none that was built this poorly. Would NOT recommend
They will take every short cut possible in building your home and not stand behind their work.
Nothing but problems. Home was built in 2010, roof leaked in 2012. Roof inspected and the wrong materials were used. Hardie plank siding installed wrong 1/2 of the siding is falling or cracking. This type of siding has a 30 year warranty if installed correctly. If I could give them a negative star I would. In the process of of working with an attorney. I have tried twice to tell Geordan about these issues. No attempt to reply on their behalf. You get what you pay for. Always!!!
