Five hours late the first day. No show at all the second day. Finally came but intentionally cut wires in the heat pump and furnace, deliberately leaving a 77 year old woman without heat during the pandemic! Profoundly UNSAFE company. Contractor's Board is well aware of shoddy and dangerous "wory".
