Worst experience in my life, I would NEVER recommend ANYONE to see this dermatologist. They are very unprofessional and unwelcoming. The new receptionist is not pleasant at all and she will give you a hard time for no reason, do not waste your time or energy. It could be that she was having a bad day, but she lacks professionalism and her customer service is 0/10!! Worst dermatologist office I’ve ever been to, doctor and receptionist are very unprofessional. Receptionist lacks customer service experience, Not welcoming to new patients at all, even with a referral from one of the top doctors in Montreal! Would NEVER recommend this dermatologist. Don’t waste your time and money GO ELSEWHERE!!
Je n’avais jamais pensé à mettre un avis sur Google pour un médecin, mais Dre Geoffrion mérite largement les 5 étoiles et c’est un bonne façon de montrer ma reconnaissance. Pas grand chose à ajouter aux commentaires élogieux des autres patients, elle est ma dermatologue depuis de nombreuses années : rigoureuse, claire, disponible si quelque chose nous inquiète et surtout elle prend le temps qu’il faut à chaque rdv, ouverte aussi à laisser la place au «small talk» qui rend ce moment agréable et humain.Merci !
