dr.zucker is an outstanding capable, compassionate doctor.
I have been a patient of Dr. Zucker's for 17 years due to a chronic liver condition. I have always found him to quite thorough and proactive. I highly recommend him to anyone suffering gastric issues. My case was a bit of mystery and as he said to me, he doesn't like mysteries. That meant he was relentless in finding an answer and proper treatment. I see him once or twice a year and always feel that is as important to him now as it was 17 years ago. He is professional but not cold.
Due to complex medical issues the past few years, I've seen about 30 different doctors. Unlike 95% of the others, I found Zucker's attitude arrogant, short-tempered, rude and his willingness to communicate poor. Perhaps this judgment should be softened because he is doing the best he can under the office's somewhat sad, amateurish support staff and services.
