Dr Spencer is an awesome doctor. I've seen him for a few years and he is the most caring person. He also fixed my problem that no other Dr could.
Dr. Spencer is one amazing GI doctor! Dr. Spencer gives you all the time in the world, he listens and answers any and all questions. He is very thorough and his approach is conservative when needed but also knows when and if there is an urgency. The clinic has a patients portal where you can find all your past treatments, notes and results and also a messaging center to write directly to the Doctor. Dr Spencer is a great GI, thorough and very knowledgeable. I highly recommended!
This review has to do with scheduling and not Dr. Spencer per se. But because it reflects on his approach to patient care, it is still relevant. I tried but was told no to an office visit to discuss a sudden and severe stomach pain. The office's message was: do your upper endoscopy and colonoscopy in 1.5 months and we'll see you after. No procedure, no doctor. What happened to care patient care? Procedures must be more profitable than office visits.
Dr. Spencer followed up on my father’s conditions most consistently. My father felt great and was very thankful for Dr. Spencer. We totally trust Dr. Spencer and we thank God for having Dr. Spencer as my father’s gastroenterologist. Words alone cannot describe our gratitude to Dr. Spencer! Thank you, Dr. Spencer for giving us our dad back-healthier than before and of course polyps free.
