Dismissive and took 10 minutes to deal with a complication from my mother's surgery. She had both eyes done at Turner in San Leandro. The first went well but she had pain and discomfort from the second eye. Her post-opp doctor identified the issue and sent her back to Turner. Dr Rodriguez took a few minutes and basically told her there was no issue. My mother is a 40+ year nurse who deals with doctors daily and can articulate her medical issues calmly.
