I really like Dr. Potts! I think he is a very thorough Dr. and my skin has transformed beautifully in so many ways.
They have no respect for your time. I had an appointment to be seen at 2.30pm on Friday. I waited over a hour until 3.45 pm still doc didn't show up. I have other things to do so I left. When leaving they asked me to wait some more time as doc was finishing up a procedure. Ridiculous and absolute waste of my time
He's a great dermatologist that my family and I have been going to him he is a really good doctor
Dr Potts is great,,, but,,, follow up & care after is terrible, horrible. The cream Therapy to remove suspicious cells.The care afterwards the questions answered.There are no questions answered.There is no care afterwards. It is the call centers fault. They need to Communicate when a patient is in distress. The Dr. can not help the patient if they do not know problems exist with the treatment. Maybe the answer to the communication problem is---hire more people--- training--- & a better wage.
I am very happy to have met Dr.Potts this year and look forward to continuing to see him. He has gone above and beyond to to help me get acclimated to my new skin condition - always offering insights and being there for me at the most challenging of moments. His knowledge and experience are very evident when he continues to address ongoing developments with my condition.
