Dr, James is not my regular PCP, but he was available to see me about an immediate problem. Dr. James was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He even found an unrelated medical issue during the exam and ordered the appropriate tests to followup. I was very impressed by his respect for me as a patient and the steps he took to treat me.
