This company is a complete disappointment when it comes to customer service and support. I was with them for a couple of years and things were fine at first. But once their agency changed and new agents took over, everything went downhill fast. James is very rude! I had a commercial insurance policy through them, and getting help became nearly impossible. I started my insurance process, condo and car over 30 years ago with the Geoffrey Karlen Agency for Nationwide insurance. The office I have worked with is the Frederick location on Thomas Johnson Drive, and the person who handles all my insurance needs is Mary Wright, who I have been working with for over 30 years as well.
