I called today reschedule an appt and whoever I spoke with was one of the rudest people I've ever talked to. I was trying to see if the appt would fit my schedule and I asked her to "please wait while I checked" She wasn't very patient and proceeded to yell at me. I DO NOT appreciate being talked yo that way!
Decided to switch eye care providers in 2024. The actual appointment seemed to go smoothly. I just needed an eye exam and an updated prescription for new contact lenses. I was sent home to try a couple pairs of lenses that I could then decide on and order later. In the meantime, I received a bill for $125 contact lenses fitting fee that was never billed to my insurance. My child has had a positive experience here with Dr. Zimmerman who is able to prescribe MiSight contact lenses to kids ages 8-12 who are at risk of high myopia. There is one employee with long black hair who has been extremely rude at every visit. For example, she got very huffy with me because we arrived without my child wearing her lenses. My experience as a patient was good in the past when Dr. Barton was still there, but has not been good with Dr. Brent. He was extremely insensitive when informing me that I had cataracts... read more
