Staff is professional. Dr. Brent is efficient and “all business”. Check in process could be improved. I was at the office for a 24 hour follow up from cataract surgery. I waited about 5 minutes to “check in”. There was one person ahead of me. Finally another staff member “checked me in”. No verification or other information needed except I was there. There are electronic ways to do this.
Our family have been patience of this eye practice for over 30 years. They have the most professional staff members ready to provide great eye caring. I highly recommend this practice. You will have a very pleasant experience.
Premier Eye Care has taken care of my eyes for years. They have diagnosed and treated issues very capably. Their employees are warm and organized.
