Very thorough.I took my brother here at premier and he's a diabetic.The testing was very intense and thorough.Highly recommended
Great experience! Ordered contacts with them and I needed an extra pair to get me through the week, and they had no hesitation helping!
I called today reschedule an appt and whoever I spoke with was one of the rudest people I've ever talked to. I was trying to see if the appt would fit my schedule and I asked her to "please wait while I checked" She wasn't very patient and proceeded to yell at me. I DO NOT appreciate being talked yo that way!
Decided to switch eye care providers in 2024. The actual appointment seemed to go smoothly. I just needed an eye exam and an updated prescription for new contact lenses. I was sent home to try a couple pairs of lenses that I could then decide on and order later. In the meantime, I received a bill for $125 contact lenses fitting fee that was never billed to my insurance.
