I would give Dr. Doner himself five stars—he’s an excellent surgeon and provided outstanding care throughout my procedure. Unfortunately, my experience with his office staff has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. When I began the process, Dr. Doner personally assured me that there would be no charge for the three post-operative follow-up visits. I have had 2 surgeries performed by Dr. Donner and his staff. Let me just say, the care the professionalism and attention to detail is bar none, the best I've experienced in the Springs! I've talked to so many people who have had the same shoulder procedure as I have had and not one single person who has had this procedure performed at another facility has had the kind of outcomes positive outcomes that I've had.
