I’m no spring chicken so I’ve seen quite a few doctors in my lifetime do to military and a job that required lots of travel. Dr. McNicoll is by far the best primary care provider I’ve ever seen. His kind hearted approach to healing makes a person not dreading the next time they have to go back. He’s knowledgeable about the different bugs that might be going around as well as up to date on the most current techniques and procedures. I've been a Dr McNicoll patient for about 5 years. Starting at Canyon Road and following him to Pearl. Has always been so kind to me, even through my substance use battles for a while. Never judged. Actually listens to what I have to say. And his sense of humor always eases my nervousness.
I was apprehensive to have to change Doctors when my insurance changed. Dr. McNicholl was a true blessing. I felt really listened to and seen. He is genuinely caring with a great sense of humor which helps me in tense situations. The support team is every bit as wonderful. When I was at the ER this weekend; his office called me for a follow up! That was cool. Dr. McNicoll has been my husband’s Dr for about 10 years now then he added me and rest of our kids later on!.. he has been so wonderful like everyone says, he is exactly like that to us also! Always takes his time to help us with any issues and health concerns! .. he is a very caring doctor!! We never had a doctor like him before that will take his time , and if we need to be treated in a emergency, he is very quick to send us to a specialist that knows best for our needs.
