Refused to take my money
I have been to Africa, India & Cambodia with GeoEx. When I tell people who have gone to the same countries as I did about my experiences they get mad because I did so much more than they did. Thats GeoEx!
I really think that luxury travel companies have lost their edge in today's market. We found that we could have had our same experience, staying in the same places if we had booked our own. Our guide was terrible. Sure we requested him because ten years ago he was a guide and was great in our safari trip, but for our recent trip to see the gorillas, we paid for him but he added no extra value because all the local guides took care of everything.
