The Dr. was patient and empathetic. He listened and asked all the questions that were concerns of mine. Felt comfortable speaking with him. He put a plan in place and I'm looking forward to getting better.
The doctors are very helpful and caring. I have been getting help for mental help for over 2 years. Friendly staff and great dcotors.
I was very excited for my appointment today, until I s/w the MA. She was very rude, unprofessional and doesn't know how to talk to people. That is very disturbing for someone who works in a facility with people being seen for MH issues. I don't know if it was due to me scheduling the appointment a day before; however, I clicked on what was available.
