It’s not Geode Health I like, it is Dr Balkin. The doctor gets 5 stars , corporate gets 1. I find dealing with the communication system nerve wracking. When one is having a mental/ emotional issue the last thing they need is none human contact. Your company has made the old joke of “this is the suicide hotline, please hold” a reality! Kudos from taking the human contact out of mental healthcare. I imagine the next thing will be replacing MD’s with NP’s ….. the office changes, haven’t been positive either.
