DO NOT GO HERE CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESNT KNOW HOW TO COMMUNICATE THEY WILL WAIT LAST SECOND TO TELL YOU THEY HAVE TO RESCHEDULE WHEN THEY COULD HAVE DONE IT EARLIER THEY WILL BOOK YOU FOR 2 APPOINTMENTS SAME DAY THEN ARGUE WITH EACH OTHER ABOUT IT AN GOOD LUCK HAVING THEM PICK UP THE PHONE SOMETIMES OH AN WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL CALL U BACK THEY MOST DEFINITELY WILL NOT. THESE PEOPLE DONT WANNA HELP YOU THEY WANT TO MAKE YOUR STRESS WORSE SO THAT U RELY ON THEM DONT WASTE TOUE TIME ENERGY OR MONEY. THIS PLACE SUCKS.
I had to stop going to Holistic Psychiatry because Dr Raz was very unorganized & he didn't care about his patients so I was so Blessed to find Dr Bouras. I've been to alot of Psychiatrist & he is the best Dr I've ever been to. He will get you back to feeling normal again i promise.
Great experience with Geode Health so far! Hannah is very understanding and knowledgeable. It’s easy to see that patient care and wellbeing is her priority. Andre is also very courteous and professional.
