To the owner of Geode. I’ve been very happy with the therapists. I was disappointed being assessed a cancellation fee of $75 for not being able to make my appointment with Christina on Tuesday May 12th due to my Pug Archie almost passing in our home late Monday evening. We rushed him to Thrive Animal hospital in Hoffman Estates left him overnight for testing got home at 1:30am exhausted and tearful. Thrive called us early that Tuesday am. Laura Van Dame is an excellent Therapist. She always listens to me and is very compassionate and supportive. She always accommodates me when I need to change or request extra appointments. I highly recommend Geode Health and Laura Van Dame!
